AKIPRESS.COM - The Supreme Rada of Crimea decided to hold a referendum on the status of Crimea on March 16, RIA Novosti reported referring to First Vice Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Rustam Temirgaliyev.
Date of the all-Crimean referendum was changed. Previously, it was assumed that the vote will take place on March 30.
Two questions will be on the ballots. The first one: Are you in favor of Crimea becoming a constituent territory of the Russian Federation? The second one: Are you in favor of restoring Crimea’s 1992 constitution?
According to the 1992 Crimean Constitution, the country is included in the state of Ukraine and identifies their relations on the basis of contracts and agreements.
