AKIPRESS.COM - President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin approved an agreement on joint expert groups under the CIS border agencies for the protection of its borders. The corresponding order was published on the official website of legal information on Wednesday.
The document supposes creation of joint group of experts who will assist in providing security on external borders of the parties of the agreement and collect information about situation on the borders.
It isexpected Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Ukraine to sign the agreement.
President Putin has authorized the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation to sign the relevant agreements with the right to make nonessential changes.
