Kazakhstan to expand Business Roadmap 2020

AKIPRESS.COM - sagyntaev To attract more entrepreneurs the program "Business Roadmap 2020" will be complemented and expanded, First Vice Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev stated at a meeting of the Council of National Investors with the participation of President Nursultan Nazarbayev.

"Of course, the Government's priority today is the development of volume business. Therefore, the program will be enhanced with new tools such as subsidized loans for working capital, microcredits and reimbursement of a part of expenses for the creation of new productions. The focus will be on the start-up entrepreneurs, including villages, single industry towns, and small towns," he said.

He also noted that this year it is planned to increase the number of subsidy projects 1.5 times and loan guarantee projects 2 times. Amounts of funds allocated under the program increased by 30% and reached 35 billion tenge this year.

According to him, the number of participants in the Business Roadmap is constantly increasing. Compared with last year, their number increased almost twofold and reached 78 thousand.
