Cyber-terrorists hack Malaysia Airlines website with ‘404 plane not found’ message

AKIPRESS.COM - A group calling itself the Official Cyber Caliphate has reportedly hacked the Malaysia Airline’s servers and posted a picture of a lizard with the message "404 – Plane Not Found," the media report Monday.

Despite the hack, the airline says its data servers remained intact and passenger bookings have not been affected.

A Twitter account linked with the hack denied their involvement in the hack.

Malaysia Airlines lost two flights last year. Flight MH370 disappeared last March with 239 passengers and crew on board and Flight MH17 was shot down over eastern Ukraine on July 17, killing all 298 passengers and crew.

The Malaysian government took the airline private late last year.
