AKIPRESS.COM - Russian Proton-M rocket carrying a U.S. Intelsat DLA-2 satellite has successfully launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Thursday.
The launch was initially set to take place on Wednesday but was postponed for technical reasons.
The satellite and a Briz-M upper stage have now separated from the Proton carrier, Roscosmos told RIA Novosti.
