AKIPRESS.COM - A delegation of Kazakhstan headed by Prime Minister Karim Massimov visited the Mongolian town of Ugly that had suffered as a result of the recent devastating mudflow, according to Kazakh-TV.

The mudflow destroyed around a hundred households in the area. It is inhabited mainly by ethnic Kazakhs.

The government delegation of Kazakhstan arrived in Mongolia to attend the ASEM Summit in Ulaanbaatar. Overcoming the economic crisis, countering various challenges, threats and sustainable development were on the agenda of the sitting.
