Japanese companies ready to hire qualifed workers from Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - unemployment Vice President of the Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO) Eshio Niizhima met with State Migration Service Chairman Baktybek Adylov, who is on a working visit to Japan, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Japan Chingiz Aidarbekov on July 12.

The sides discussed the ways of official recruitment of skilled workers from the Kyrgyz Republic.

Eshio Niizhima said that JITCO is specialized in recruiting foreign nationals to work at Japanese companies since 1991 and is currently working with 15 countries in the world.

The delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic took part also in a seminar devoted to employment prospects for Kyrgyz citizens at Japanese companies. The seminar was organized by Japan Asia Human Resources Exchange Association. It was attended by representatives of about 25 Japanese companies.

Several Japanese companies confirmed their willingness to start working with skilled workers from the Kyrgyz Republic.

A similar agreement was reached during visit of the Kyrgyz delegation to the Tohan Steel Co. Ltd. Plant. It is a part of one of largest Japanese steel production corporations Hanwa Co Ltd.

On July 13, Bakyt Adylov flew to Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, to review the living conditions of interns from the Kyrgyz Republic employed at Okinawa companies.
