JCDecaux, the world's biggest outdoor-advertising company, signed a 30-year contract with Ulaanbaatar in 2014, which covers installation, upkeep and maintenance of over 200 bus-stop advertising systems, 150 free-standing city information panels, billboards and other so-called items of "street furniture".
To date, 143 bus-stops and 137 information panels worth 6 billion togrog (around US$2.7 million) have been installed by the French giant in Ulaanbaatar.
During the meeting, Imperore noted that the company will continue its investment in public transport and cooperate in the city project on introduction of a bus rapid transit system.
