AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolian beauty pageant contestant and model Namshir Anu was crowned the Miss Tourism Queen International. The pageant was held in China from September 12 to 28, according to The UB Post.
Anu received a $10,000-prize along with the winner’s crown. The second place went to Caro Liliane of Belgium, and Darya Koleychik of Belarus won third place. Joanna Agnieszka Jochemczyk of Poland came the fourth, and Thailand’s Pimchanok Jitchoo took the fifth place.
Anu wrote on her Facebook, “My dream came true. I want to express my gratitude to my family, my love, founder of Mongol Model Agency and all Mongolians for always being on my side... I tried hard to reach my dream. I harvested what I planted. If you have a dream, work on it. If it’s in your heart, then never give up.”
Anu, 25, was Miss Mongolia 2013 and Miss World Mongolia 2015. She represented Mongolia at the 2015 Miss World.
