AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan's 2016 GDP totaled 458 billion soms and grew by 103.8% compared to 2015, Chairman of the National Statistics Committee Akylbek Sultanov told reporters on January 13, Tazabek reported.
Without Kumtor mine, Kyrgyzstan's GDP totaled 413 billion soms, having increased by 3.7%.
The industrial output in 2016 totaled 205 billion soms increasing by 4.9% mainly due to the growth of production of metal ores, refined petroleum products, food products and precious metals.
