AKIPRESS.COM - All cultural and festive events planned for January 17 in Kyrgyz representation offices abroad are cancelled in connection with the mourning day for the victims of the Turkish cargo plane crash, reports the Kyrgyz foreign ministry.

Kyrgyz  flags will be flown at half mast on the buildings.

President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev declared January 17 a mourning day.
