AKIPRESS.COM - A 43-year-old man from Taraz, Kazakhstan was sentenced to 17 years in maximum security penal colony on January 25 for child sexual abuse, court said.

The man, a father of 3 underage children, pleaded not guilty, although the photographs and videos he's been producing all these 5 years with twin daughters of his neighbor say the opposite.

According to court, the sexual abuse of children started when they were only 3. Parents of girls found out about it from one of the friends of the girls.

The twin sisters told about what their neighbor had been doing to them to their girl friend, who then unveiled this crime. The 43-year-old man forced the girls into oral sex and at the same time he was taking photos and shooting videos on his phone.

Doctors said the physical health of the 8-year-old girls is satisfactory, but their psychological well-being is rather bothering: they thought that everything that the man did to them was normal.

"They did not even know what sexual abuse was, what rape was. They thought it was a normal way of life," KTK TV channel reported citing Aigul Malikova, a judge at the specialized inter-district criminal court of Jambyl region.
