Sapar Isakov named Head of President's Administration

AKIPRESS.COM - Sapar Isakov was appointed Head of President's Administration succeeding Farid Niyazov, respective presidential order reads. 

Last position Isakov had was the First Deputy Head of President's Administration.

Farid Niyazov was appointed the President's advisor.

Sapar Isakov, 39, is the International University of Kyrgyzstan graduate, majored international law.

After graduation from the university, he taught at his alma mater.

During 2003-2007, he served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Since August 2007, he was chief of the international cooperation department of the Prime Minister's Office. In 2009-2010, he headed communications service of the Central Agency for Development, Investments and Innovations.

In April 2010, he headed the international relations department of the interim government of Kyrgyzstan.

In December 2011, he was appointed as chief of foreign policy department of the President's Administration.

On 31 January 2017, the president appointed him First Deputy Head of his administration.
