Osh hospital uses telemedicine to improve clinical health care

AKIPRESS.COM - Telemedicine consultations are provided 3 times a week at the Osh Interregional Clinical Hospital under the agreement signed with the Xinjiang Medical University in 2016, Hospital Chief Shairbek Sulaimanov told AKIpress.

“Chinese doctors provided consultations to more than 150 patients,” he said.

Besides, Chinese scholars delivered 3 lectures on important issues of modern and Oriental medicine, he added.

The Kyrgyz-Indian Telemedicine Center functions at the hospital since 2015. The center was opened with support of the Indian Government.
