AKIPRESS.COM - Sultan Dosaliev, official photographer of the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev, has shared on his Instagram page a photograph of Atambayev taken in Moscow 40 years ago.

At that time, Atambayev was a student of the Moscow Academy of Management, which he graduated in 1980.
