Karakol celebrates Nooruz holiday on central square

AKIPRESS.COM - The Nooruz holiday was marked in the central square of Karakol town, Issyk-Kul region on March 21, reports Turmush.

Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Pankratov, mayor Daniyar Arpachiyev, governor of Issyk-Kul region Uzarbek Jylkybayev and local residents participated in the celebration.

10 yurts were installed, a theater performance and national food expo were organized.
