AKIPRESS.COM - Turkmenistan is preparing to present its achievements at the international specialized exposition EXPO 2017 due to start in Astana later this year.

Turkmenistan’s pavilion will tell about the country’s achievements in economy, natural resources, environmental and nature-protection activities.

"Special emphasis will be given on Turkmenistan’s contribution to efficient use of energy resources and relevant projects implemented by our country on the international level. The exposition will also widely cover the upcoming 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games to be held in Ashgabat," the state news agency of Turkmenistan said in a statement.

EXPO 2017 is scheduled to take place from June 10 until September 10, 2017 in Astana, Kazakhstan.
