AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev visited the Walk of Shahids and the grave of the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev in Baku on April 3, the press service of the Kazakh president reported from Baku.

President Nazarbayev paid tribute to Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country's independence and territorial integrity. He laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.

Additionally, Mr Nazarbayev visited the Walk of Shahids to lay wreath at the grave of national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev. Kazakh President also laid flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
