AKIPRESS.COM - St. Petersburg metro explosion death toll rose to 15 as one injured person died in the hospital on April 12, Russian media report.
As of April 11, the number of the injured stood at 102 people. Fifty-one people, including one child, still remain hospitalized. Thirteen victims of the terrorist act have been buried.
The metro blast happened on April 3 afternoon just as Russian President Vladimir Putin visited St Petersburg. No group has claimed responsibility.
Kyrgyzstan-born Akbarjon Jalilov was named the suspected suicide bomber. Russian investigative committee earlier reported that 8 persons were detained on suspicion of involvement in the attack.
