AKIPRESS.COM - Residents of Uzbekistan on May 3 said they felt aftershocks of the strong earthquake that was registered on the territory of Tajikistan, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan reported.
"The tremors were quite strong that it wiggled lusters in houses," the report said.
According to the Tashkent seismic station, the earthquake on May 3 at 9:47 am local time. Its epicenter was located in 295 km from Tashkent on the territory of Tajikistan.
Tremors in Ferghana made 4.5 points, in Andijan — 4 points, in Tashkent — 3,5-4 points.
The no damages and victims were reported in Uzbekistan.
