AKIPRESS.COM - Tashkent hosted a meeting of working groups of joint Uzbek-Turkmen intergovernmental commission on delimitation and demarcation of the state borders between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan on May 1-5, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.

The sides signed a protocol on the result of the meeting and agreed plan of field works for 2017.

"The meeting was held in the atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding," the statement said.
