AKIPRESS.COM - A workshop for some 30 judges and regional court employees from Kazakhstan on best practices in combating corruption in the judiciary concluded on 19 June 2017 in Astana, OSCE said in a release.
The event was organized by the OSCE Programme Office in Astana in co-operation with the Supreme Court’s Justice Academy for Judges on the topic of effective instruments to fight corruption in the court system.
Participants discussed best national and international practices with a special focus on the provisions of Kazakhstan’s Law on Countering Corruption, ethical norms and judicial impartiality.
