AKIPRESS.COM - At least six people received injuries as a result of the skirmish among young people on the night of July 18 in Kurdyk village, Kara-Kiya district, Mangistau region, the press service of the regional department of Interior Ministry reported.

Three people aged 20-23 were taken to the hospital in critical condition, doctors told local media.

Several young people were killed, according to eyewitnesses. This information has not yet been officially confirmed. However, the police did not refute it as well.

Currently, investigation is underway.

The incident occurred first among the teens, but when the elder ones got involved, the conflict turned into a shootout, the local media report.
