Deputy Prime Minister killed in road crash buried

AKIPRESS.COM - Deputy Prime Minister Temir Jumakadyrov, killed in a road crash on Saturday, has been buried today, October 9.

Earlier, a funeral service was held for the high-ranking official.

President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev, brother of the deceased Turdubek Abdrakhmanov, and Prime Minister Sapar Isakov delivered speeches at the funeral. 

Mufti Maksatbek Toktomushev recited prayers at the cemetery.

Speaker Chynybai Tursunbekov, Prime Minister Sapar Isakov, Mayor of Bishkek Albek Ibraimov, Head of the President's Office Almaz Usenov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Raimberdi Duishenbiyev, Adviser to the President Farid Niyazov and other officials were present at the burial ceremony.
