3,025,768 citizens of Kyrgyzstan are eligible to cast ballots -- 2,908,453 in Kyrgyzstan and 18,580 outside the country.

2,375 polling stations are open from 8 am to 8 pm GMT+6.

37 polling stations opened in abroad, including Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Uzbekistan, Japan, Germany, the United States and other countries.
