AKIPRESS.COM - A lengthy line of trucks is still waiting near the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border to enter the territory of Kazakhstan.
About 500 vehicles are standing along the bypass road leading to the Ak-Tilek checkpoint near Tokmok town, Chuy region.
AKI-TV took a video from air and talked to the truckers, who expressed concerns over the situation, which according to drivers forced them to strangle there with cargo for a week. The cargos supposed to be delivered to Russia and other destinations.
"People are concerned. Traffic jam stretches more than 7 km, are about 500 vehicles are standing," one of the drivers said.
Fruits and vegetables that some of the truck drivers are transporting started spoiling, according to the drivers.
