AKIPRESS.COM - A dairy processing plant operates in Nariman village (Kara-Suu district, Osh region).

During the press tour, journalists witnesses production of ice-creams at this plant.

Director of the factory Bahadyr Mahmudov said that after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the enterprise which already existed as an ice-cream producer started learning the dairy industry and building the milk shops.

"Today we have a milk shop and a shop for ice-cream production. 15 types of ice-cream, sour cream, kefir and kaimak are made here," he said.

The enterprise plans to start producing butter and dry milk soon.

The capacity is 3-5 tons of milk a day. Dozens of people work here (20-30 people depending on the season).

Products are sold in Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions.
