AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic in Japan Mirlan Arstanbaev met with the Chairman of the Digital Society Promotion Organization and head of the Smart EcoSystem Co., Ltd Mr. Soji Suzuki on May 28, the Kyrgyz foreign ministry said. 

During the meeting, the Ambassador said 2020 was declared a year of "regional development, digitalization and support for children" in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Arstanbaev added that Kyrgyz side is interested in attraction of advanced digital technologies of Japan in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Mr. Suzuki briefed about the activities of this organization, possible areas for further cooperation.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to organize a videoconference between the organization and authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
