Uzbek pianists perform at Cadogan Hall in London

AKIPRESS.COM - cadogan hall The joint concert of prominent Uzbek pianist Behzod Abduraimov and his teacher Stanislav Youdenitch took place in Cadogan Hall, London, on February 18.

Maurice Ravel's The Tomb of Couperin, Mozart’s Concerto in E flat for two pianos, Antonín Dvořák's Legends were performed by Behzod Abduraimov, Stanislav Ioudenitch and English Chamber Orchestra and conducted by Andrew Litton.

Behzod Abduraimov, 23, graduated from Uspensky musical lyceum and then continued his studies at the International Center of Music at the University of Parkville (Kanzas, USA). The pianist gained the world fame in 2009, when he won the grand prize at the 7th London International Piano Competition among 100 pianists from 16 countries of the world.
