Turkmensitan wins team event of Belt Wrestling and “Goresh” National Belt Wrestling World Championship

The world championship of belt wrestling and Turkmen national wrestling “Goresh” concluded in Ashgabat.
The national team of Turkmenistan has won the first place in the team event by a wide margin in terms of medals scored. Turkmen wrestlers won 45 medals (16 gold, 14 silver and 15 bronze).
The national team of Russia came second with 16 medals (5 gold, 3 silver and 8 bronze).
The third place went to the national team of Ukraine with 9 medals (2 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze).
