Wedsite of Turkmen Embassy in Minsk hacked by IS - media

AKIPRESS.COM - Computer-gamer Turkmenistan's embassy in the Belarusian capital, Minsk, has been hacked by people with apparent links to the Islamic State extremist group, according to RFE/RL.

The website turmenistanembassy.by was inaccessible on April 9 after it carried a black-and-white photograph of an unknown man wearing a black mask and holding an AK-47.

A text above the photo said in English "Hacked by Abdellah Elmaghribi" and in Russian: "The website is in the service of the regime."

A sentence below the photo read: "#Struck by Abdellah Elmaghribi And Moroccan Wolf. By ISLAMIC STATE HACKERS (El Moujahidine) Your Security Get Owned."

The Turkmen embassy has not made any official announcement regarding the apparent hacking.
