He recalled that one of the priorities of the "Nation Plan - 100 concrete steps" is to create a professional and independent state apparatus.
Joint Seminar of the Astana regional hub in the field of public service is held in conjunction with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan with the support of the Nazarbayev University and the United Nations Development Programme.
