AKIPRESS.COM - The Mongol Khuushuur Festival 2016 was held for the second year in Ulaanbaatar on 11-12 July, News.mn reports.

In the framework of the festival, the city administration awarded prizes to six companies in three categories: the most unique khuushuur, the tastiest khuushuur and the most beautiful khuushuur. A dragon-shaped khuusuur won has become the most unique.

Entitled "Dragon Roar", the huge khuushuur was made of 6 kg flour, 8 kg minced meat and 2 kg onions with spices. It is equivalent to 100 ordinary khuushuurs.
