AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolia is expected to harvest 501 thousand tons of crops this autumn, including 174.7 thousand tons of potatoes, 32.5 thousand tons of plant oils and 43.4 thousand tons of forage crops for cattle.
Nearly 320 thousand tons of wheat can provide Mongolian annual flour demand. Therefore, the country will probably not import flour because of this year’s harvest.
The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry reported that 6 thousand tons of fuel are needed for harvesting works.
