AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolian and Russian drifters will participate in the D.Vision Mongolia 2016, a drift car racing show, in Ulaanbaatar, according to News.mn.
Seven best drifters of the two countries will meet on 1 October.
D.Vision Mongolia is a part of the Russia's D.Vision Continental League, organized by the Moscow-based Premium Sport.
Although the origin of drifting is not known, Japan was one of the earliest birthplaces of drifting in 1960. The motorsport developed in the U.S. in 1996 and in Russia in 1998. Drifting competitions are held nowadays in Japan, the U.S., Australia, Thailand, Taiwan, Russia and some European countries.
