National University of Mongolia signs memo of cooperation with Russia's Higher School of Economics

The National University of Mongolia and the National Research University Higher School of Economics of Russia signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The document will cover a wide range of spheres, including exchange of professors and students, conduct of workshops, organization of Russian language courses, etc.
Establishment of a research center for the study of Mongolia-Russia relations will be considered too.
