Life in rural Kyrgyzstan: 72-year-old man from Naryn impresses with doing the splits
AKIPRESS.COM - A 72-year-old resident of Naryn region Jumaaly Abdrakhmanov can do the splits, reports Turmush.
The man said he works out and jogs everyday to be in a good shape.
Jumaaly has 5 sons and 2 daughters, 28 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
"Despite my age, I do exercises like young men do. My health, thank God, is good. Many people wonder looking at me," said the man.
