AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek police investigators detected an illegal brothel masquerading as sauna on the night of January 27.

After receiving an operative information that the Erzhan sauna near Osh bazaar was offering sexual practices to its customers, the plainclothes officers visited the place for checks.

Upon arrival at the place, officers found out that the sauna was offering illegal sex services masquerading as sauna.

Five young women who confessed to doing prostitution at the sauna-brothel were detained along with the suspected pimp. 100 and 200 som bills, condoms, and other pieces of evidence were collected.

A criminal case into organization and maintenance of brothels was opened, police added.
