AKIPRESS.COM - Speaking at the Arab-Muslim leaders summit in Er-Riyadh, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon called on the developed countries to support the developing countries as one of the ways to combat terrorism, the press service of the President said.
According to him, unemployment, poverty and low level of social security of the population along with other spiritual factors contribute to the development of radicalism and terrorism.
“It's impossible to fight terrorism only with the help of military power,” Rahmon noted.
Thus, the head of state stressed the role of the developed countries in supporting the developing countries' social and economic sectors with the help of investments and new technologies.
