AKIPRESS.COM - Parliament Speaker M. Enkhbold officially announced the results of presidential election in Mongolia, Montsame state news agency reported.

He said the inauguration ceremony of the president-elect is scheduled to take place at the State House on Monday, July 10.

"I have discussed with the current President Ts. Elbegdorj on presenting the President's seal as well. Presidential election of this year will officially end with the inauguration ceremony. Finally, I would like to wish all the people of Mongolia to have auspicious celebration of the upcoming national holiday, Naadam".

Khaltmaa Battulga had 50.7% of the vote with 87% of votes counted, according to the election commission.
