AKIPRESS.COM - President of Mongolia Khaltmaa Battulga vetoed the amendment to the laws on 2017 state budget and 2017 budget of social insurance fund.

Battulga's letter addressed to Speaker M.Enkhbold reads that the President bans the parliamentary decision to distribute single-benefit allowance of MNT 300 to each civil servant except officials in high position, judges and prosecutors.

The raise of budget expenditure amount of general budget managers in the amendments to the 2017 state budget law and to the 2017 budget of social insurance fund law breached relevant laws including some provisions of law on budget, relating to ensuring budget stability and realization of a policy decision in the next year, if the decision, which has consequence to increase budget expenditure is made in the middle of the year, the letter obtained by Montsame said.
