Prime Minister of Mongolia off for South Korea trip

AKIPRESS.COM - Prime Minister of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh left UIaanbaatar Monday for a two-day trip to South Korea at the invitation of his Korean counterpart Mr Lee Nak-yeon.

Khurelsukh is expected to meet with President of the Republic of Korea Mr Moon Jae-in and Mr Lee Nak-yeon.

A soft loan agreement between the Governments of the two countries, cooperation deals between the Ministries of Labor and Social Protection will be signed during the meetings.

The visit will include talks on strengthening political trust, augmenting bilateral trade turnover, investment, soft loan and non-refundable assistance, and facilitating traveling conditions for citizens within the framework of developing comprehensive partnership relations with ‘third neighbor’ the Republic of Korea.

The parties will also exchange views on regional and international matters.
