AKIPRESS.COM - The number of women owning real estate is growing in Kyrgyzstan, State Registration Service data showed Tuesday.
As of February 13, women owned 64.2% of apartments (63.9% in 2014), 30.9% (29.2% in 2014) of houses and 31.1% (27.2% in 2014) of land for residential purposes in Kyrgyzstan.
The number of apartments registered under the female names increased by 0.3%, houses by 1.7% and land for residential purposes by 3.9%.
