AKIPRESS.COM - The state visit of President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Tajikistan resulted in signing more than 27 documents in various spheres of cooperation.
In particular, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and his Uzbek counterpart signed a joint agreement on strengthening friendship and good-neighborly relations, agreement on certain areas of the Tajik-Uzbek state border and others.
During the press conference after the high level talks, the leaders said the countries will soon increase the trade turnover between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan up to $1 billion.
