AKIPRESS.COM - The Belarus Universal Commodity Exchange (BUCE) and the National Commodity Exchange of Uzbekistan signed a cooperation agreement, the National News Agency of Uzbekistan UzA reported.

Representatives of the Belarus Universal Commodity Exchange visited the National Commodity Exchange of Uzbekistan to discuss cooperation prospects, exchange trade and shared their best practices.

“Our goal is to use new methods of exchange trade. We have more than 19,000 customers now, including 4,000 foreign clients from 59 countries. In 2008, our Exchange joined the CIS International Association of Exchanges,” BUCE Vice Chairperson Irina Narkevich said.

“We hope that the new agreement will produce as good results as previously signed agreements,” she added.
