Yazguly Mammedov was released from the post of the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia and Thailand. Instead, he was appointed as the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan.

Muhammetniyaz Mashalov was released from the post of the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Armenia and appointed as the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Malaysia.

Ilyas Gayipov was appointed as the Consul-General of Turkmenistan in Iran.
