AKIPRESS.COM - Road police launch raids to identify motor vehicle drivers who blur or distort the readability of license plates, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said February 14.

After the Safe City project launched in Bishkek on Feb 12 meaning traffic enforcement cameras started recording motoring offenses, some drivers were reported to intentionally put a dirt on or try to hide their license plates other way so that the cameras would not be able to catch it.
