AKIPRESS.COM - Several thousand people gathered on March 25 evening near one of the shopping malls in Bishkek as famous Russian rapper Timati was giving away free burgers on the occasion of opening of his fast food chain in Bishkek.

The giveaway campaign caused stampede. No injures were reported, authorities said, but 20 unattended children were found and reunited with their parents.

Sources from police said “several people” were detained.
