AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov has signed the order appointing Samat Kyljiyev Chief of Staff of the Government’s Executive Office.

Samat Kyljiyev has the Minister’s rank on this post, the president’s press service said.

Kyljiyev has previously served as Deputy Finance Minister in 2010-2011, Head of Department of Financial and Credit Policy of the Government's Office in 2011-2012, Head of the Analytics Department of the Accounts Chamber in 2013-2014, Chief of Staff of the Accounts Chamber's Office in 2014-2016.

In 2016, he served as the Advisor to the Chairman of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan.

In 2017, he was the development consultant of the Community Development and Investment Agency.

From May 2018, he served as the Head of the Department of Financial and Credit Policy of the Government's Office.
