Elmira Basithanova appointed as Deputy Prime Minister - Chairperson of Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan
AKIPRESS.COM - The Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis approved Elmira Basithanova as Deputy Prime Minister - Chairperson of the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan.
Prior to that, she served as Deputy Minister of Health of Uzbekistan.
Now Tanzila Narbayeva is the Deputy Prime Minister - Chairman of the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan.
It should be noted that the law came into force on 1 April, according to which the President of Uzbekistan approves members of the Cabinet of Ministers on the proposal of the Prime Minister after approval by the Legislative Chamber.
